Lifestyle News Desk,Coconut Rice- To make rice even tastier than ordinary rice, add grated coconut to it. To make this, take coconut oil in a pan and fry peanuts, mustard seeds and cumin seeds in it. Then add curry leaves, green chillies, red chillies and broken cashew nuts and fry. Add grated coconut and mix well. Mix it with boiled rice and let it cook.

Coconut Chutney – Coconut chutney is served with idli, dosa and uttapam. To make this, add freshly chopped coconut, cumin and fried chana dal in a blender. Grind it well and then add water. Make a smooth paste. In another pan, add oil, urad dal and red chilli and heat it. Add curry leaves and asafoetida. Then mix it in chutney.

Coconut Laddus – Coconut Laddus are a very tasty dish. You can make it at home also. For this, add freshly grated coconut in a pan. Fry it well. Then add jaggery or sugar and mix well. Let the mixture cool. Then apply ghee on your hands and make coconut laddus.
