India's 'Shoaib Akhtar' is fit, can debut in T20 international cricket soon

Delhi: Star fast bowler Mayank Yadav created a sensation with his fast pace in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, after which fans and cricket experts were demanding his inclusion in Team India. However, he had to be ruled out due to injury in the fourth match of his debut season.

The selection committee led by Ajit Agarkar is constantly keeping an eye on Mayank Yadav. According to the report of Times of India, Mayank is bowling without complaining of any pain and is currently bowling 20 overs every day. He is considered fit for T20 matches and there is a possibility of his debut against Bangladesh. Apart from this, he can also travel with the team for the series against New Zealand.

Remember that in the 17th edition of IPL, Yadav had made his mark as the fourth fastest bowler by bowling the ball at a speed of 156.7 km per hour. He has not been selected for Test matches at present, but he can play in T20 International cricket soon.
