As per the agreement, the project is planned to be completed in various phases by July 2025. Shares of KPI Green Energy Ltd opened at Rs 902 on NSE on Thursday. However, the stock could not sustain the initial rise and fell more than 4.4 per cent to Rs 861.20 during trading. KPI Green Energy has returned over 223% in one year. So far this year, it's up 86 percent. Stock worth Rs. 52-week high of Rs 1,118 and Rs. is less than 259. Earlier this month, KPI Green Energy won approval from CEIG to develop a 12.72 MW wind-solar hybrid power project. The project will be developed under the company's CPP business division. The company has received permission from CEIG to construct a 16 MW solar power plant under the CPP business segment. The company recently raised Rs 1,000 crore through qualified institution placement at Rs 935 per share. This also includes a premium of Rs 930 per share. After allotment of shares under QIP, the paid-up capital of the company stood at Rs 65.63 crore. This includes 13,12,60,403 shares of face value Rs 5. Morgan Stanley Asia was the largest shareholder in QIP. Morgan Stanley Asia acquired 40.89% of the shares.
