  • base
  • wheat or ragi flour
  • oil or ghee
  • green chilli paste
  • Spice
  • Sugar
  • Curd
  • salt to taste

  • Then add curd, sugar, salt, chaat masala and oil to the flour and mix well.
  • After preparing the roti-like dough, keep it aside for some time.
  • Now cut the dough into small pieces and roll them thinly like roti.
  • Bake this roti on a lightly heated pan from both sides.
  • While roasting the thepla, you can also apply ghee or oil in it like paratha.
  • Thepla is ready, you can serve it with chutney or pickle.
