Ingredients needed to make Moong Dal Dumplings:

one cup mung beans
an onion
half teaspoon red chilli powder
half teaspoon turmeric powder
one spoon garam masala powder
salt as per taste

How to make Moong Dal Dumplings

To make moong dal pakoda curry, first wash and clean the moong dal and keep it soaked for two to four hours. Then grind it. Now take out the paste of ground moong dal in a bowl. Then add light salt to it and beat it well. Now keep the pan on the gas. Add oil in it. Filter the moong dal pakodas. Now keep these pakodas aside. If there is excess oil in the pan then reduce it.

Now add onion and fry. Then add turmeric and red chilli powder, salt. Keep in mind that there is salt in the pakodas too, so add salt accordingly so that it is not too much. Fry the spices for one to two minutes. Add a little water and fry the spices. So that the masala does not burn.

Now add garam masala in it. Now fry all the spices until they are roasted well. Now prepare gravy by adding water. When the water boils, add the moong dal dumplings. Now cover it. Leave it to cook. Your moong dal pakoda dish is ready. You can serve it with roti and rice.
