Raja Peter has become MLA from Tamar on JDU ticket. For the second time he has taken membership of JDU. Before Raja Peter, MLA Saryu Rai had taken membership of JDU. It is believed that Raja Peter is once again preparing to contest the assembly elections on JDU ticket. This time JDU is going to contest elections in Jharkhand in alliance with BJP and AJSU. Saryu Rai and Raja Peter's membership of JDU is being linked to the assembly elections.
