All our workers are very disappointed because they have endured a lot for the Congress Party in the last 10 years, but now we will have to step back from all these things and think afresh because the way things are going now, they will not continue like this. How the party was not watered in the state, coordination was not maintained, who were the people who were responsible for taking everyone along, these are also talked about. What message has been sent to the state? Why did people step back while forming the Congress government? All these things will have to be seen.

On the question of internal coordination of the party in the state, he further said, at the time of elections we felt that we should fight the elections together. Despite a lot of things happening, we fought the elections while covering up everything… a lot of things happened in the run up to and during the elections. It wouldn't feel good to say it today, so let's leave it here.

During Haryana elections, factionalism appeared completely dominant in Congress. There is tension between former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda and MP Kumari Selja. Shailja has declared herself a strong contender for the post of CM. During the elections, a big uproar was created due to the so-called Bhupendra Hooda supporter's indecent remarks about Kumari Selja. Shailaja herself stayed away from publicity. Later Rahul Gandhi brought him on the stage and shook hands with Hooda. However, both still did not come together.
