Mansa Devi

Thousands of devotees reach the Mansa Devi temple of Uttarakhand every day to have darshan of the mother goddess. This temple is situated on Bilwa Mountain in the Shivalik Hills, just 3 km from Haridwar. This Shaktipeeth is very popular like other Peethas located in Haridwar – Chanda Devi Temple and Maya Devi Temple. Devotees who go here say that by tying a thread on the tree here, their wishes are definitely fulfilled.

Vaishno Devi

Vaishno Devi Temple, the most popular pilgrimage site of Mata in India, is built at an altitude of 5300 feet on Trikut mountain. The distance of this temple is about 12 kilometers from Katra in Jammu and Kashmir. There was an ancient cave to reach the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, which has now been closed and another path has been made. It is said that in this cave, Mother had killed Bhairav ​​with her trident.

The Shashthi form of Mother Katyayani is worshiped in this temple located at a distance of 3 kilometers from Mount Abu, Rajasthan. Devotees worship Goddess Durga in nine forms for the nine days of Navratri. Charan Paduka temple of Arbuda Devi is also situated here. Another form of Goddess Durga is Chamundeshwari Devi. The height of this temple is approximately 34000 feet. It is about 30 kilometers from Mysore, you can reach here by Mysore train or flight.

The goddess idol here is about 10 feet high. The goddess idol has 18 hands with which she is holding different weapons. This temple is surrounded by seven small and big mountains, hence the goddess here is also called Saptashrungi i.e. the goddess of seven mountains.

This temple is located in Dongargarh city of Rajnandgaon district. This temple is situated on a 1,600 feet high hill. To reach the temple you have to climb 1100 steps. The opening hours of the temple are from 9 am to 9 pm.
