Aamir Jamal Stunning Catch: In the game of cricket, many catches are taken in every match, but there are some catches, seeing which only one word comes out of the mouth, 'Wow'. A similar feat was seen in the test match being played between Pakistan and England. Pakistan's fielder Aamir Jamal has taken an amazing catch while diving in the air. Jamal reacted in just a few seconds and ended the innings of English captain Ollie Pope. Pope once again failed to make an impression with the bat and returned to the pavilion without opening an account.

Jamal took a surprising catch

In response to the 556 runs scored by Pakistan in the first innings, the opening pair of Ollie Pope and Jack Crowley came on the field to start the innings for England. In the second over, Ollie Pope got a short pitch from Naseem Shah, of which the English captain decided to take full advantage. Pope hit the ball hard, but between this shot and the boundary, Aamir Jamal jumped in the air, diving.

Jamal jumped and pounced on the ball coming rapidly towards him and took a brilliant catch with one hand, ending Pope's innings. It was clearly visible from the expression of the England captain that even he could not believe how Jamal had taken this catch. Pope had to return to the pavilion without opening his account.

Pakistan's batsmen dominated

Pakistan's batsmen continued to dominate on the second day of the Test. The team scored 556 runs on the score board in the first innings. After the centuries of Shan Masood and Abdulla Shafiq, lower order Agha Salman also created a stir with the bat and played an unbeaten inning of 1044 runs. Salman hit 10 fours and three skyscraper sixes during his innings. Earlier, on the first day of the test, Masood and Shafiq took a tough dig at the English bowlers. Masood played a strong inning of 151 runs in 177 balls. Whereas, Shafiq played a brilliant inning of 102 runs in 184 balls. Together they made a partnership of 253 runs for the second wicket and made many big records.
