Patients are being exploited in the name of external medicines in Maharajganj sub health center.

Balrampur- Even if the government does big things regarding health services, all the arrangements in the health department are fine and the dream of a corruption-free India is coming true. For this, the government is spending lakhs and crores of rupees through various schemes and providing proper treatment to the patients. Despite this, the health department's services are proving to be lax. In which all the facilities including medicines are being provided in the departmental hospitals, but corruption in the departments has become common where along with government medicines, investigation and other facilities are being sacrificed for commission.

And facilities ranging from medicines to tests are not available and the game of commission is being played continuously due to which patients have to pay huge amount for medicines and tests in which the doctors' commission is set. Due to which the patients are not getting free treatment facilities and the benefits of the scheme become victims of corruption even before they reach them. The picture is emerging that the pockets of the patients are being burdened by heavy prices.

The issue of purchasing medicines from outside is being seen in the Sub Health Center located in Maharajganj Terai, which is operated under the Tulsipur Community Health Centre. Where the patient is given a prescription for external medicine, which the patient is forced to buy. When the team of journalists conducted a survey regarding this, the whole matter came out openly that how patients are exploited by doctors in the name of external medicines.

In this, Shahid Rukhsana Gudiya and other patients told that we were given a certificate from the government hospital to bring outside medicine for treatment, saying that it would have to be bought outside. Due to which we are facing a lot of problems. Regarding this, when CHC Superintendent Tulsipur Vikalp Mishra was called, his phone was not picked up due to which the party could not get a response on the related issue.
