PHILIPS TAX2208 Bluetooth party speaker comes with light effects and tremendous sound quality, price and features will make you crazy

Tech News Desk – For the last one and a half month I have been using Philips tax2208 speaker. Philips has introduced it keeping in mind those people who have to celebrate small functions like birthday parties etc. at home. The price of this party speaker is Rs 3,499. In such a situation, the question is whether one should spend so much money to buy a speaker? There are many other things like its design, build quality and audio output. I am going to tell everything here.

Design and build quality
This party speaker comes under the 2000 series of Philips, so its design is similar to other speakers of the company. When you hold it you feel that it is a branded speaker. It has Philips badging on the top and many buttons to control it. It has a metal grill on the front, the entire speaker is made of ABS plastic, which is quite strong. You will not face any problem in terms of portability as its weight is around 3KG. Because of this you can easily take it anywhere. A handle has been provided to hold it and there is also a phone holder on its side.

Amazing light effect
There are many buttons on the top of the speaker, which have different functions. As soon as you turn on the speaker, the lighting effect turns on, which looks very cute. These effects are in four colors which really create the atmosphere of the night. Using speakers with light effects drains the battery quickly. If you are not using it in light effect, then you get a little more backup.

sound quality
Philips TAX2208 has an 8-inch woofer, which gives good sound quality indoors. But there may be some distortion when played outdoors. I used it mostly indoors, so my experience there was good.

Battery
The speaker takes 2.5 hours to charge, the company has given it a 3000 mAh battery which lasts for 5-6 hours without using light effects. But if you use it with light effect then the battery backup will reduce. Overall if I had to give it a rating I would give it 4 out of 5. I found this speaker to be excellent for its price. If you are fond of partying at home then you can buy this without any hesitation.
