Akhilesh Yadav's SP faces bad situation in Jammu and Kashmir elections; Got less votes than NOTA

Samajwadi Party in Jammu and Kashmir elections: Counting of votes is going on since Tuesday morning for the elections held on 90 assembly seats of Jammu and Kashmir. In the results so far, the Congress-National Conference alliance seems to be forming the government. Whereas BJP seems far away from majority. However, the party which has suffered the biggest setback in this election is Akhilesh Yadav's Samajwadi Party.

Actually, in the Jammu and Kashmir elections, Samajwadi Party had fielded candidates on 20 seats, which included five seats in Jammu and 15 seats in Kashmir. But, the party does not seem to be getting even a single seat. Even in the trends, SP's vote share is less than NOTA. Till 2 pm, NOTA has got 1.48 percent votes in Jammu and Kashmir, while SP is getting 0.15 percent votes.

In the trends till 2 pm, Congress-NC alliance is seen getting 51 seats, BJP is getting 28 seats, while PDP is getting 2 seats. Others are getting lead on 9 seats. Let us tell you that SP has fielded candidates from Baramulla, Bandipora, Wagura Kriri, Karnah, Pattan, Kupwara, Gulmarg, Rafiabad, Trehgam, Lolab, Vijaypur, Udhampur West, Chenani, Nagrota, Hazratbal, Budgam, Bidwah, Habbakadal and Idgah seats of Jammu and Kashmir.
