Speaking about the film, Nikkhil said, “I believe Vedā not only entertains but also sheds light on important issues. Sharvari said in the press release, “Playing Vedaa Berwa has been an enriching experience for me. She is someone who sought equality and justice. I felt her fire to stand up and fight for what is right. Through boxing and martial arts training, Vedaa discovers her strength and voice in the film.”
Vedā released in theatres on August 15 and clashed at the box-office with Street 2 and Khel Khel Mein. It is produced by Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment, and JA Entertainment.
