To make Bhandara Potatoes, you need medium sized boiled potatoes, tomatoes, refined oil or ghee, tomatoes, green chillies, Kasuri Methi, ginger, green coriander, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, asafoetida, cumin and salt.
