Chakeri and surveillance team caught a big cyber crime gang
Kanpur. DCP East Shravan Kumar Singh has revealed that Chakeri police and surveillance team have made a major disclosure of cyber crime and arrested four inter-district gang members involved in cyber crime. DCP East Shravan Kumar Singh told in the press conference that Chakeri police has arrested four members of the gang involved in cyber crime, Mukesh Kushwaha son of Basantlal Kushwaha, resident of Bhimsen police station Sachendi, age about 40 years, Madanlal son of late. Awadhesh Singh, resident of police station Sachendi area, 29 years, Sadan Singh, son of Gulab Singh, resident of Rameshpur, police station Chaubepur, age 35 years, Brahma son of Trimohan Singh, resident of police station Sachendi, age 26 years, on the information of the informer, the incident took place near the temple on the service road coming from Naubasta to Ramadevi. He was arrested with promptness from nearby Chakeri police station, Kanpur city.
15 debit cards of various banks, 3 mobile phones, 2 mobile keypads, Rs 5210 in cash, 2 SIM cards and 1 check book of Axis Bank have been recovered from the possession of the accused. Legal action is being taken by registering a case against the accused under the IT Act.
