Ingredients to make Paneer Paratha

  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Grated cheese – 1 cup
  • Grated boiled potatoes – 3/4 cup
  • Ginger grated – 1 tsp
  • Green chilli – 2-3
  • Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
  • Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped mint leaves – 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Mango powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Butter/Oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste

  • It is important to mix the flour well so that the Paneer Paratha does not break while rolling. For this, take two cups of flour and mix two pinches of salt in it.
  • Then add water as required and knead a soft dough. When the dough is ready, add one spoon oil in it
  • Mix until the oil is completely absorbed into the flour. After this, keep the dough to set for half an hour.

  • To prevent the Paneer Paratha from bursting, first chop the onion finely.
  • Then add one spoon salt in it and keep it aside for ten to fifteen minutes.
