  • Lentils – 2 cups
  • Isabgol – 1 cup
  • Milk powder- 1 cup
  • Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Baking soda- 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar- 2 spoons
  • Curd- 1 spoon
  • Butter- 1 spoon
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  • Milk- 3 spoons

Method

  • First of all prepare all the above mentioned materials.
  • Then soak the beans and keep them in a bowl.
  • After about 10 minutes, take out the lentils from water, wash them and keep them to dry.
  • When the lentils are dry, put them in a mixer grinder and grind them finely.
  • If you want, you can use lentils without soaking them.

  • Now add ground lentils in a bowl. Add isabgol and mix well.
  • When it mixes well, add milk powder and baking powder to it.
