Back pain is a common problem in youth, but it should not be taken lightly. If it is not treated in time, it can become a serious problem.

Causes of back pain:

  • sitting in one position for a long time

Home Remedies:

  • Irrigation with hot water: Applying warm water relaxes the muscles and reduces pain.

  • Paracetamol: To reduce pain, you can take paracetamol as per doctor's advice.
  • Yoga and Exercise: Doing yoga and exercise strengthens muscles and reduces pain.
  • Rest: If you have back pain then you should rest.
  • Hot water bath: Bathing with hot water relaxes the muscles and reduces pain.

When to take doctor's advice:

  • if the pain is very severe
  • have fever with pain
  • pain accompanied by weakness
  • pain that interferes with movement

Ways to prevent back pain:

  • sit and stand with correct posture
  • avoid lifting heavy weights
  • Exercise regularly
  • do stretching
  • Do not sit in the same posture for a long time
  • sleep on a comfortable bed
