IND vs NZ Test Match: The three-match Test series between India and New Zealand has started. However, on the very first day of the start of this series, rain wreaked havoc. The first day's play was canceled due to rain. Not only this, even the toss could not take place in the match.

Due to this the first day's play was cancelled. Not a single ball could be bowled today. Even the toss could not be done. There was a possibility of rain throughout the day. The rain stopped for some time in between, but due to the potholes on the ground, the pitch could not be dried so easily.

Stayed under pitch covers almost the whole day. Today there was orange alert in Bengaluru and schools were also closed. It has been raining in Bengaluru since Tuesday. Now BCCI has given an update that 98 overs will be bowled on the second day of the Test on Thursday, the toss will be at quarter to nine, while the first ball will be bowled at 9.15.
