  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon yeast
  • water as required
  • 4 spoon curd

  • Take a bowl and mix yeast, sugar and water in it. Then, add 1 cup flour and mix it into the yeast mixture.
  • Cover it and keep it for 45 minutes. Add remaining flour, salt, butter and curd.
  • Knead it into a soft and smooth dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • After this, divide the dough into balls and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Sprinkle flour on the dough ball and sprinkle some nigella seeds on it.
  • With the help of a rolling pin, roll the ball in the shape of naan.
  • Then heat a pan and place naan on it. turn it over
  • And when you see some bubbles on the naan,
  • So pick it up with the help of tongs and place the cooking surface first towards the fire.
  • Turn it over to cook it on both sides and make sure it does not burn too much
  • When brown spots start appearing on the naan, take it off the flame. Butter Naan is ready to serve.
