Jio's shopping cart equipped with artificial intelligence will automatically generate the shopping bill. Reliance Jio has displayed this amazing technology at the India Mobile Congress 2024.
Its use is also quite easy. Intelligent shopping carts available in stores will be directly connected to the billing desk. Whatever goods the customer puts in the cart, the cameras and scanners equipped with artificial intelligence installed on the cart will capture the goods and send them to the billing desk and the price of the product will be extracted from the data base and added to the bill. If the customer removes the product added to the shopping cart by mistake, the price of that product will automatically be removed from the bill. The billing desk will scan the QR code of the customer's cart and your bill will be ready for payment.
Reliance Retail is running a pilot project of Artificial Intelligence Shopping Cart in select stores in Hyderabad and Mumbai. Due to the excellent feedback received from customers, it can soon be implemented in other states also.
Electronic scales of small shopkeepers can also be linked to artificial intelligence. When moong dal is placed on an electronic scale, it will not only weigh the dal but will also identify it from the cameras installed on it. That is, as soon as any type of product is placed on an electronic scale, its measurement and price will be known immediately. There will be an area mark like a shopping cart in front of the scale in which the price of the packed product will be added to the bill as soon as it is placed.
