An aftermath has been observed following Reliance Jio’s increase in the tariff of its recharge plans a few days back. As per reports, the impact of the increased tariffs has begun to reflect on its user base. Around 10900000 customers quit Jio in the second quarter.

Now, the question arises: is this a worrisome issue for the company? The answer is-no. It has been observed that whenever a company brings some changes in tariffs, the users switch their loyalty which is a common trend.

The company said its focus is to provide the best 5G network to its customers. With the help of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) service, several homes can be connected which also benefit the users. Jio mentioned that losing 10900000 users would not impact their business but would certainly create an opportunity for other telecom operators.
