Integrum Energy Infrastructure files documents for IPO

Renewable energy solutions provider Integrum Energy Infrastructure has filed preliminary documents to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO).

According to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the IPO is a combination of fresh issue and issuance of Rs 49.50 lakh shares and offer for sale (OFS) of 5.40 lakh shares by the promoters.

The company's shares will be listed on the SME platform of BSE, the statement said.

The proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to invest in subsidiary Integrum Green Assets to finance the installation of a two megawatt peak (MWP) solar plant and meet the working capital requirements of the company.
