According to the information, the Censor Board put some conditions to give it the green signal. In this, objection was raised to some scenes during Emergency. The makers have made cuts in some of these and changed some. Along with this, orders have been given to put disclaimers on historical issues. Let us tell you that the film was scheduled to release on 6 September 2024, but it has been delayed after the controversy.

What is the controversy regarding emergency?

Actually, Sikh organizations had raised objections regarding the Emergency film. He had also protested against it, accusing it of wrong portrayal of the Sikh community. This controversy increased further after the trailer was released on 14th August. It is said that the Censor Board had earlier issued a certificate to the film, but after the controversy, the Central Government said that the certificate has not been given yet.
