Supporting extremist ideologies and separatists…India again scolds Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, Supporting extremist ideologies and separatists…India again scolds Canadian PM Justin Trudeau

New Delhi. India's Foreign Ministry has once again warned Canada about the India-Canada dispute. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that we have made our position very clear on this particular matter. The Canadian government has not shared any information with us. Canada has made serious allegations but has not yet provided any evidence to support them. As far as the allegations are concerned, yesterday Canadian PM Justin Trudeau himself admitted that he did not provide any evidence to India and only made the allegations on the basis of intelligence information. As far as our stand is concerned, we once again reject the false allegations against our diplomats.

Regarding the recent incidents of intimidation and intimidation of Indian-origin journalists in Canada, the Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson said, these are clear examples of intimidation and violence by those who openly support extremist ideologies and separatists. These events also show the situation Canada is in today. Its intention of blaming India unnecessarily is not working in any way.

Jaiswal said there are 26 extradition requests pending with the Canadian side, dating back a decade or more, along with several provisional arrest requests that are also pending with the Canadian side for some criminals. We shared security related information with the Canadian government regarding other gang members including Lawrence Bishnoi gang and requested them to arrest those criminals, yet no action has been taken by the Canadian side on our request. It is really strange that people whom we wanted to deport or take action against, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police of Canada is now blaming the Indian side for the crimes committed by them.
