Police raid on consultancy centres, more than 700 fake degrees, marksheets seized, 4 accused arrested

In Jaipur, Rajasthan, the police has exposed a gang which has ruined the future of many youth. It is alleged that these people were giving fake degrees of various universities without appearing in the examinations or classes. Police have exposed a gang involved in making fake degrees and educational documents on a large scale. Police raided two consultancy centres, Unique Education Consultancy and SSIT Centre, located in Sector 8 of Pratapnagar and recovered more than 750 fake degrees, mark sheets and other educational documents.

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jaipur East, Tejaswani Gautam said that the members of this gang were giving fake degrees of various universities to unemployed youth without including them in examinations or classes. Huge amounts of money were collected in exchange for fake degrees and this was done under the guise of e-Mitra centers and coaching institutes. The gang members had also colluded with the administration of some universities.

Gang used to sell fake medicine

During the raid, police have recovered fake mark sheets and diploma documents of various courses including PGDCA, Yoga Therapy, B.Sc., BA, BCA, BBA, MBA. This entire racket also included documents of educational institutions and boards of many states of the country, such as Vardhman Mahavir Open University Kota, Bihar Open Schooling and Examination Board Patna and Swami Vivekananda Subharti University.

During the raid, a large quantity of fake degrees, fake migration certificates, chequebooks, credit and debit cards were also recovered from the accused. So far four accused have been arrested and the police are investigating the case thoroughly so that other members of this gang can also be exposed.

Many fake documents recovered from the spot

During this time, the police recovered from the possession of the accused 96 mark sheets of PGDCA, 2 Diploma of Post Graduation Application in Computer Science-7, 3 PG Diploma in Yoga Therapy-66, 4 Diploma in Yoga-31, 5 BSC CBZ mark sheets-17, 6. BA marksheet-93, 7 BCA marksheet-18, 8 BSC PCM marksheet-42, 9 BCom marksheet-30, 10 MBM marksheet-12, 11 MCA marksheet-6, 12 BBA marksheet-6.

Apart from this, mark sheet 8 of 13 M English, mark sheet 3 of 14 MSC, mark sheet 5 of 15 MCA, mark sheet 3 of 16 MBA Finance and Management, mark sheet 1 of 17 MBA (Banking and Financial Management), 18 MBA Special Market Manager. The following fake documents were received from Marksheet-3 of Suresh Gyan Vihar University. The police started investigating the matter in depth.
