Yoga Tips: If your back gets hurt and hurts after falling, then do these yoga asanas.

Yoga Tips: Generally, people who slip and fall fall on their back and waist, due to which they get deep injury on the back or lower part of their body. Many times the injury is very painful even though it is not serious. Some yoga asanas are effective in reducing back and waist pain due to injury or other reasons.
Tadasana:The practice of Tadasana provides relief from back pain. To do this asana, stand on your heels and toes by maintaining a distance between both the legs. Then take the hands above the waist line and join the palms and fingers. Keep the neck straight, while raising the heels, put the weight of the body on the toes. Remain in this state for some time while maintaining balance, then come back to the old state.
Setubandhasana:To do this asana, lie on your back on the ground, bend your knees and keep the soles on the ground. Hold the heels of the feet with both hands. While inhaling, slowly raise your body. Stay in the pose for 1-2 minutes. Exhale and come to the starting position.
Balasana:To do this asana, sit on the yoga mat with your knees bent and put your body weight on the heels. Now take a deep breath and bend forward and touch the chest with the thighs. Then try to touch the floor with your forehead. After remaining in this position for a few seconds, come back to normal position. Repeat this process 3-5 times
