Giving information, the Indian High Commission in UAE said that Indian citizens can now enter UAE only on ordinary passport. Although UAE has set some conditions for this, so let us give you information about it.

Let us tell you that Indian citizens who have a visa, residence or green card valid for at least 6 months issued by any other country like America, Britain and any country of the European Union, can get this facility. Such citizens will be able to avail visa-on-arrival facility for 14 days, which can be extended for the same period if needed. According to UAE law, on payment of prescribed fee you will get a visa for 60 days, which cannot be extended.

Indian citizens also get visa-on-arrival facility from these countries

At present, citizens of India get visa-free or visa-on-arrival facility to travel to 57 countries.
Apart from Japan, South Korea, UAE, Indian citizens get visa-on-arrival facility in Fiji, Indonesia, Iran, Jamaica, Jordan, Nigeria and Qatar.

Apart from this, one can travel visa free to countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal, Bhutan, Dominica, Serbia, Albania, Jamaica, Cambodia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Madagascar, Tanzania, Zimbabwe and Tunisia.
