“This shows their class”: Parthiv Patel lashes out at Cricket Australia for their comment on Team India

Cricket Australia is facing massive flak for mocking India after the team was dismissed for 46 runs in the opening Test against New Zealand. Parthiv Patel is the latest former India player to hit out at the apex body of Australian cricket. India National Cricket Team batters had no answers for the Kiwi pacers, who didn’t allow them to settle down.

Rishabh Pant was the highest run-getter for Rohit Sharma’s team, with 20 coming from his bat. The move to bat first after winning the toss backfired as Matt Henry took five wickets. William O’Rourke dismissed four batters.

Virat Kohli, Sarfaraz Khan, KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja, and Ravichandran Ashwin failed to open the accounts. Cricket Australia thought of reminding the sub-continent team of their score of 36 runs, which came against the Aussies in the Adelaide Test in 2021.

For the record, India bounced back and won the series 2-1. Meanwhile, Parthiv didn’t like trolling. “This shows their class. You don’t expect such comments from a cricket board. Cricket Australia stooped down to a low level,” Parthiv Patel said.

Saba Karim mentioned that CA is afraid of the Indian team. “This shows their fear. They know what India did with their team after getting dismissed for 36 runs. India won the series, and that’s why Cricket Australia is afraid as India will soon play five Tests Down Under,” he said.

Rohit Sharna’s team will travel to Australia next month for a long series.
