Hero Splendor had tremendous sales last month. The company sold 3,75,886 units of Splendor, after which it became the best selling bike. The market share of Splendor has been 25.86%. Whereas in the month of August this year, 3,02,934 units of Splendor were sold. Honda Activa has won the second position. Last month, 2,62,316 units of Activa scooter were sold. Apart from this, 1,81,835 units of Honda Shine were sold last month and it stood at third position. So these are the top 3 two-wheelers whose sales have strengthened the auto sector. It is expected that new sales records will be made this month also.

Hero Splendor Plus price and features
Ex-showroom price of Hero Splendor Plus starts at Rs 76,000. This bike has an excellent 100cc engine which generates power of 7.9 bhp and torque of 8.05Nm. It has a 4-speed gearbox. This engine not only gives good performance but also does not spoil quickly with better mileage. This bike gives a mileage of 73 kilometers in one litre. Hero has updated this engine with time but till date there has been no reduction in its performance.
