Chilli Potato: You can make it at home
2 medium size potatoes
2 spoons corn flour
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
5-6 spoons schezwan sauce
1 ½ tsp tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon white vinegar
oil as per taste
salt as per taste
– First of all, peel the potatoes and cut them into finger shapes. Now wash the potatoes thoroughly and keep the water to dry.
– After this, add corn flour to the chopped potatoes and mix well, so that the corn flour covers the potatoes completely.
Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potatoes. Then heat some oil in the pan.
Now add green chillies and fry. Then mix all the chopped vegetables including onion and capsicum in it.
– After frying for some time, add ginger garlic paste and stir.
Now add Schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, black pepper powder and salt to this mixture and mix well.
Then add fried potatoes to it and stir. Hot chilli potatoes are ready. Now take it out in a plate and serve.
