Sarfaraz Khan Test Century: After being all out for 46 runs in the first innings of the Bengaluru Test, the Indian batsmen made a strong comeback in the second innings. By the end of the third day's play, the team had scored 231 runs at the loss of three wickets. After which, on the fourth day of the game, Sarfaraz Khan along with Rishabh Pant gave a good start to the team. During this, Sarfaraz Khan also scored the first century of his Test career.

On the fourth day of the Bengaluru Test, Sarfaraz Khan has almost pulled India out of the crisis of innings defeat by scoring the first Test century of his international career. Sarfaraz completed his century in 110 balls with the help of 13 fours and 3 sixes. India has scored 294 runs after playing 93 overs in the second innings. Sarfaraz Khan is unbeaten on 107 runs on 130 balls and Rishabh Pant is present at the crease on 23 runs on 32 balls. However, India is still 62 runs behind New Zealand.
