Rishabh Pant: Two DRS in 2 balls, Rishabh Pant remained not out even after being out.

sports desk : In the first innings of the first Test match being played between India and New Zealand, the Indian team was reduced to 46 runs. Whereas New Zealand made a huge score of 402 runs in the first innings. Leaving the first innings behind, the Indian team batted brilliantly in the second innings and scored 344 runs. Now the Indian team is just 12 runs behind New Zealand. Rishabh Pant scored a half-century in this innings and he is still present at the crease.

There was a partnership of 113 runs for the fourth wicket in India's second innings. Amidst this, there also came a time where DRS was taken twice on two balls but could not succeed in getting Pant out. This happened during the 66th over of the second innings where DRS was taken twice on two consecutive balls.

Ejaz Patel's over was interesting

Ajaz Patel came to bowl the 66th over. In which Rishabh Pant hit a six on the first ball. Defended on the second ball. On the third ball, he again came out of the crease and hit a six. After this, Ejaz Patel pulled the ball back and the ball hit Pant's pad. The New Zealand players made a big appeal on the fourth ball of the 66th over which hit the pad and the umpire also gave it out. As soon as the umpire gave him out, Pant immediately took review and the umpire had to change his decision. The ball which was on the pad had an inner edge.

The next ball of this over i.e. the fifth ball of the over again hit Pant's pad. New Zealand players appealed again, but this time the umpire did not give out. The New Zealand captain reviewed this but the review came in favor of India. The ball was going outside the off stump. Pant was completely out of the wicket when the ball hit his leg. Due to this reason New Zealand had to lose its review.

Rishabh Pant scored a half century

Pant, who played with courage in the first innings, is seen in a different color in the second innings. Whenever he gets a chance, he is continuously busy scoring runs. Till lunch, Pant has scored 53 runs. He is still supporting Sarfaraz Khan. There was a partnership of 113 runs between the two for the fourth wicket.
