History crafted: aespa’s Karina’s new single UP wins the Music Core Competition

Karina from aespa just dropped a new solo song called UP, which monumentally fetched won a music show award. She formally received this award for her solo song on October 19, 2024 at the Music Core music competition in South Korea. She demonstrated her ability and promise as a solo artist in the future by winning the award before making her solo debut, which is regarded as a significant victory for soloists.

During Aespa’s SYNK: PARALLEL LINE globe tour, the song made its debut, and the singer sang it live. Spark, Bored!, and Dopamine, the group’s other solo songs, were also sung by Winter, Ningning, and Giselle. Officially, the songs are now available digitally on all music platforms.

The four members of SM Entertainment’s K-pop girl group, aespa, are Winter, Karina, Ningning, and Giselle. The group debuted in 2019 with single “Black Mamba,” followed by the release of “Next Level,” which significantly increased their commercial success.

Additionally, the K-pop group played in numerous cities and nations during their second world tour, SYNK: PARALLEL LINE 2024. They began the tour with two nights of performances in their hometown of Seoul, South Korea, in July. During the concert, it is anticipated that the trio would also perform songs from the upcoming album.

Additionally, the trio is scheduled to return with Whiplash, another mini-album set to release on October 21, 2024.
