Tata Group’s FMCG wing, Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL), has a market cap of Rs 109,000 crore and offers Gluco Plus, a ready-to-serve drink. The energy drink is facing competition from Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance’s Campa Cola, especially after Reliance made strategic changes to capture more market share across the country.

Do you know who is heading TCPL? Sunil D’Souza is spearheading the division as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing director of the company. He took charge of the TCPL on April 4, 2020.

Sunil D’Souza established himself as one of the successful leaders of Tata Group. Earlier, he had served Whirlpool India Ltd. as Managing Director for more than four years.

He attended IIM Calcutta and held several important positions in different companies. He joined PepsiCo and served the company over 15 years in different capacities. He began his career with Hindustan Unilever in 1993. He has vast experience in the consumer product segment with a focus on growth and strategy.
