If you want to make something special from the left over rotis of the night, then make pizza, noodles and rolls, the method of making is easy.

The special thing about roti is that it is beneficial while fresh, it is believed that stale roti becomes more beneficial. Good bacteria increase in stale bread. If rotis are left, you can make very healthy snacks from them.

Ingredients: • Stale chapatti: 5 • Oil: 2 spoons • Finely chopped garlic: 4 cloves • Grated ginger: 1 piece • Green chilli cut from the middle: 2 • Finely chopped onion: 2 • Carrots chopped finely and lengthwise: 1 • Capsicum of all three colors cut lengthwise: 1/2 cup • Grated cabbage: 1/2 cup • Salt: as per taste • Tomato ketchup: 4 spoons • Soy sauce: 2 spoons • Vinegar: 1 spoon • Finely chopped green onion : 4 spoons

Method: Roll the chapatti and cut it into thin strips like noodles with the help of scissors. Separate the chapatti noodles. Now heat oil in a pan, add garlic, chilli, onion, carrot, cabbage and capsicum and cook on high flame for one to two minutes. When the vegetables are slightly cooked, add salt, tomato ketchup, vinegar and soya sauce to the pan and mix well. Lastly, add chapati noodles to the pan and cook on high flame for two-three minutes while mixing all the ingredients. Garnish with finely chopped green onions and serve.

Veg Chapati Roll
Ingredients: • Chapati: 8 • Red chilli sauce: 4 spoons • Refined or ghee: as required for filling • Finely chopped cucumber: 1/4 cup • Finely chopped tomato: 1/4 cup • Finely chopped coriander leaves: 2 spoons • Grated Carrots: 1/4 cup • Finely chopped cabbage: 1/4 cup • Finely chopped green onions: 1/4 cup • Tomato ketchup: 1 teaspoon • Mayonnaise: 2 teaspoons • Cheese pieces: 6 • Cheese spread: 2 teaspoons • Salt: as per taste

Method: To make Chapati Roll, put all the filling ingredients in a big vessel and mix well. Apply half teaspoon red chili sauce on each chapati. Divide the filling ingredients into eight portions. Spread one portion of the filling on each roti and roll the roti well. Heat nonstick pan. Pour some oil on it. When the oil becomes hot, place the prepared roll on it, cook it on both sides and serve it with your favorite chutney or sauce.

Roti Pizza
Ingredients: • Butter: 1/2 teaspoon • Chapati: 1 • Pizza sauce: 4 teaspoons • Capsicum: few pieces • Onion in large pieces: 8 • Spinach cut into large pieces: 7 • Mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup • Olives Pieces: 10 • Chili Flakes: 1/4 tsp • Mixed Herbs: 1/4 tsp

Method: Heat the pan and apply half spoon butter on it. When the butter melts, put the roti on the pan and heat it lightly from both the sides. Now turn off the gas and spread four spoons of pizza sauce well on the roti. Spread capsicum, spinach, onion and olive pieces over the sauce and spread them over the entire roti. Sprinkle half a cup of mozzarella cheese over the vegetables and add chili flakes and herbs on top. Carefully put the roti back on the pan or you can place the roti on the pan and add all the ingredients on it. Turn on the gas. Cover the pan and cook the roti pizza on medium flame for three to four minutes. When the cheese melts, turn off the gas and cut the roti pizza with a pizza cutter and serve it hot.
