Former MLA Amit Mahato joins JMM, Chief Minister grants membership, will contest from Silli against Sudesh

Ranchi: Amit Mahato, MLA from Silli assembly constituency, met Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Saturday night and accepted the membership of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. Amit Mahato had earlier defeated AJSU chief Sudesh Mahato in Silli assembly constituency as a JMMA candidate.

Amit Mahato can be JMM's candidate from Silli assembly constituency. He will once again face AJSU chief Sudesh Mahato. However, this time Devendra Mahato is also contesting from Jairam Mahato's party JLKM.
