  • Pasta – 500 grams
  • Cherry Tomatoes – 1/2 kg
  • Parmesan Cheese – 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 8-10 cloves
  • Cloves – 4-5
  • Green coriander leaves chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Basil leaves – 8-10
  • Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste

20 Minute Cherry Tomato & Garlic Pasta

  • First of all, put water in a vessel and heat it on medium flame.
  • Add a little salt to it and then add the pasta (made from whole wheat).

  • Drain the water and keep it aside in a bowl.
  • After this, take cherry tomatoes and wash them and wipe them with a clean cloth. After this, cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Now take garlic cloves and chop them finely. After this, take Parmesan cheese and grate it in a bowl.
  • Now chop green coriander leaves finely. – After this, take a nonstick pan/griddle and add some oil to it and heat it on medium flame.
  • When the oil becomes hot, add chopped tomatoes to it and cook until soft. It will take 4-5 minutes for the tomatoes to become soft.
  • When the tomatoes become soft, add finely chopped garlic cloves to it, mix with a fork and fry.
  • Add black pepper powder, green coriander leaves and salt as per taste and let the tomatoes cook.
  • Cook it until the tomatoes are mashed well. After this, add cooked pasta to it and mix it well with tomato gravy.
  • If the tomato gravy seems dry during cooking, you can add a little water to it.
  • After this add cloves to the pasta also. – After cooking for some time, turn off the gas and take down the pan. Your tomato garlic pasta is ready.
