Promotion should be made on the post of lecturer, as well as all the vacant posts of head readers in pre-secondary schools and primary schools should be promoted from the assistant teacher cadre/teacher cadre, so that the posts of principals, lecturers, head readers and teachers are filled in all the schools of the state. But with the promotion the entire education system of the state will be strengthened.
