Maheep Kapoor reprimands Ozympic users, Karan Johar gets angry

Mumbai Mumbai. Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar was left 'furious' when Fabulous Lives vs. Bollywood Wives star Maheep Kapoor mocked those who opt for Ozempic for weight loss. For those who don't know, Ozempic is a drug that is used to control type 2 diabetes by helping to control blood sugar levels. It also helps in weight loss by slowing the process of gastric emptying and increasing the feeling of fullness, which can reduce food intake. However, it is not officially approved for weight loss.

Karan Johar's drastic weight loss in his recent public appearances was unforgettable and many social media users speculated that he had opted for Ozempic. It all started when an X user called out those who use Ozempic for weight loss and praised them for taking it out of stock for people with diabetes. The user posted, “#Maheep has rightly called out people for using #ozempic for fast weight loss and taking it out of stock for diabetics. Hope he is the creator of #FabulousLives #bollywoodwives Will also call #karanjohar.”

Responding to the post, Karan wrote on his Instagram story, “Oh my god!!!! Staying healthy and eating good and reinventing my nutrition wheel! And Ozempic gets credit??? And @maheepkapoor what do you mean? Was it from me???”The post was re-shared by Maheep along with several laughing emojis. However, this did not sit well with the filmmaker and he responded, “You're laughing? I'm offended.” Soon after Karan said that he was angry, Maheep shared the story again and called the filmmaker a 'madman'. Once again he added laughing emoticons.
