Ingredients to make Sabudana Chivda
½ cup nylon sago
half cup peanuts
half cup dry fruits
one spoon red chilli powder
one spoon powdered sugar
one spoon rock salt

To make Sabudana Chivda, first of all put a pan on the gas and add two spoons of oil in it. Now you have to add sago in it and fry it well. So that the sago starts swelling due to the heat of the oil. Now take it out on a kitchen paper towel. Now fry the raw peanuts in oil in the same manner until they turn brown. Along with this, fry cashew nuts and raisins also. While frying the raisins, as soon as they swell, take them out from the oil. Now add rock salt, powdered sugar and red chili powder to it. Put all the fried ingredients in a jar. When the chivda mixture cools down, cover the jar well and shake it, so that the masala gets mixed with the sago and dry fruits. Now your Sabudana Chivda is ready to eat.
