Hyundai Inster EV
Hyundai will bring another electric car to India named Inster EV which will be launched in 2026. This will be a low budget electric compact SUV. In India, it will compete with Tata Punch EV. This will be a basic model which will fall in the entry level segment. Its range can also be around 400 Km. For safety, it has been provided with 6 air bags, anti-lock braking system, EPS, brake assist, 3-point seat belt and disc brakes.
Hyundai Creta EV
Hyundai's popular SUV Creta Electric is currently waiting in the wings in India. This was being awaited for a long time. Creta EV has been spotted testing several times. According to the report, the Creta EV may use a 45kWh battery pack with a range of around 450 Km. The electric motor in Hyundai Creta EV can generate maximum power of 138bhp and peak torque of 255Nm. Its price in India can start from Rs 18 lakh. Currently available in petrol and diesel engines, Creta is the best-selling model in its segment. Its price starts from Rs 11 lakh. The company hopes that just as Creta remains the favorite SUV of the customers, its EV model will also remain the same.
