In the latest bulletin, India's cutoff date for final action for the F4 visa category has been advanced by one week to March 8, 2006. This visa facilitates sponsorship of spouses, minor children, and siblings of US citizens for immigration to the US.

Family Sponsored Visa Category Update
The November 2024 Visa Bulletin includes several adjustments to family sponsored visa categories for various countries, including India, Mexico, and the Philippines. The notable changes for Indian applicants in the family category are as follows-
F4 Category: The date of final action has been extended by one week to March 8, 2006 and the date of filing has been extended by 1.5 months to August 1, 2006.
Changes are also being seen in other family categories, such as-
F1 category (related to unmarried sons and daughters of US citizens): Mexico moved forward by 1 year and 10 months to November 22, 2004, while no change was made for the Philippines and other territories.
F2A category (related to spouses and children of permanent residents): Mexico has been moved forward by 1.2 months to April 15, 2021, while other countries have been moved forward by 1.3 months to January 1, 2022.
F3 category (related to married sons and daughters of US citizens): Mexico's cut-off date has been advanced by two months to October 22, 2000, with minimal changes for India and other regions.
No change in employment based categories
The month of November saw no new activity in employment-based visa categories.
EB-1: For China this date is November 8, 2022 and for India this date is February 1, 2022.
EB-2: The dates for China will remain 22 March 2020 and for India 15 July 2012.
EB-3: The date for professional and skilled workers for India will remain 1 November 2012.
EB-5: The unreserved categories for China and India will remain the same.
