That is the recipe of Akki Roti. Akki roti is very tasty in taste. If you eat it once, you will make it again and again. So let's know how to make it at home.

Ingredients required to make Akki Roti

half cup spinach,
Half cup finely chopped onion,
two to three green chillies,
One-third cup green coriander,
finely chopped ginger,
one teaspoon cumin,
one and a half cup rice,
One-third cup grated coconut,
salt as per taste,
Water to knead the dough, oil.

To make Akki Roti, first put the rice in a pan and dry roast it for about a minute and let it cool. After this grind it and prepare flour. Now heat a little oil in the pan and add onion, cumin, coriander leaves, green chilli and spinach. Fry it for about a minute, then turn off the gas and keep water in a vessel to boil.

Now put the rice flour in a plate or bowl and add the vegetable mixture to it and add hot water and knead a dough that is neither too hard nor too soft. Make balls of the dough and take a little dry rice flour and knead it. Roll on a rolling pin like rotis.

Take care that the rotis do not break from the middle. Now place the pan on the gas for heating and apply oil with a brush to grease the pan. Roll out the roti and put it on it and after some time turn it with the help of a spatula. Fry it like this from both the sides till it becomes golden brown. Bake all the rotis in the same manner. Serve hot rotis with coconut or mint chutney.
