A 15-year-old Class 10 boy reportedly died at his home in Sadar, Nagpur. The student allegedly committed suicide on Tuesday, TOI reported. Police said no suicide note was recovered, and it was difficult to ascertain the exact reason behind the drastic step.

Officials suspect that the reason could be a dispute with the child's mother over tuition fees. Her mother had given her Rs 1,500 to pay her tuition fees before her exams on Wednesday.

Further investigation revealed that he had given only Rs 1,000 to his tutor. When asked about the remaining Rs 500, the boy reportedly did not give any explanation.

Police said the boy was later found hanging from the ceiling fan. He was immediately taken to a private hospital, which referred him to another hospital, where he was declared dead.

Sadar police has registered a case of accidental death. In another shocking incident, a college student allegedly committed suicide after a dispute with her family members in Bengaluru on Friday night, according to police. The deceased has been identified as a 19-year-old BBA student and a resident of Chamarajpet.
