It appears that among Corona victims, Indians have more infection than Chinese and lung function is also worse. A survey was conducted with 207 people in this regard. Dr. Salil Bendre (Head of Pulmonology), Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai, says that patients with moderate to severe corona who are currently developing pulmonary complications should be admitted to the hospital. He should be given oxygen. Steroid treatment should also be given. In 95% of patients with lung damage, the problem resolves when given such treatment. At the same time, 4 to 5% of patients have to live with lung problems throughout their life, he said.
