Tribute paid to CRPF officer Karan Singh and martyred soldiers on Martyr’s Day in Tikamgarh

Tikamgarh Superintendent of Police spokesperson Rehman Khan said that on October 21, 1959, CRPF officer Karan Singh and his comrades were martyred during the attack by the Chinese army in Ladakh for the security of the country. Since then, Martyrs’ Day is celebrated every year on 21 October by the police department, in which programs are organized across the country and tributes are paid to the martyrs. In this program, the soldiers of the country and Madhya Pradesh Police who were martyred during the internal security of the country were remembered.

Expressed sympathy with the families of the martyrs

Superintendent of Police Manohar Singh and other officers expressed their sympathy towards the families of the martyrs. He said that it is a matter of pride to be martyred while performing duty for the country, because the martyrdom of martyrs can never be forgotten. During the program, Tikamgarh’s ADM Chauhan and SDM Sanjay Dwivedi also paid tribute at the martyr’s site and addressed the program.

Martyrdom of martyrs will remain immortal

This program once again reminded that the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the security of the country will always remain immortal. It is because of their sacrifice that we are living a safe life today, and we should always be ready for the security of the country by respecting their contribution.
