1/4 cup chana dal

1/4 tsp garam masala powder

1/8 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves

1/4 teaspoon cumin

2 cups water

1 teaspoon urad dal

1/4 cup green moong dal

1/2 teaspoon ghee

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/4 tsp coriander powder

2 pinches of salt

1/4 inch ginger

1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds

1/4 cup toor dal

To make baati, take a glass bowl and add wheat flour, rava, salt and ghee to it. Using your hands, knead a stiff dough with warm water. Make the dough the size of a ping pong ball.
