Liam Payne’s toxicology report reveals substances

According to sources cited by ABC News, a toxicology report revealed that Liam had ingested several substances before his death, including pink cocaine. Despite its name, the drug often doesn’t contain actual cocaine but is a dangerous mix of methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA, as reported by the National Capital Poison Center. Additionally, an “improvised aluminum pipe” used for drug ingestion was found in his hotel room, suggesting further substance use.

Prior to Liam’s fatal fall, the hotel’s chief receptionist made a distressing 911 call. According to local Argentine outlet La Nacion, the receptionist, identified as Esteban, reported that a guest—later confirmed to be Liam—was exhibiting alarming behaviour. “We have a guest who is over the moon on drugs and alcohol. He’s conscious but trashing the entire room,” Esteban said. The One Direction member had been staying at the hotel for three days before the tragic event unfolded.
