New Delhi: A young man was attempting to commit suicide by jumping from the 14th floor of Supertech Cape Town, Sector 74, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. When the people living in the tower saw the young man doing such an act, they immediately reached the spot and saved his life. The young man is suffering from mental illness
